Ic pump??????

Guys what is the wire that i have to ground to the firewall??
because the instructions on syty archives say do the yellow one on the left relay to the firewall but i don't have one their i have one on the right relay so which one?????? thanks for the help

I was thinking mine was the left relay, but on Twins' Ty it was on the right relay. Just splice into the yellow wire and ground it and you'll be golden.

Dont tap into it if you dont have to ....
pull the relay out of the socket strip your wire and put it in the right hole and push the realy on over top of it.. put a solderless connector on the other end and attach it to the fire wall... 2 min your done ...

yes, yellow wire.

Ill definately have to try the above mentioned method, sounds better then the wire tap.

Ok guys i just did the ic hardwire relay thing and the pump does not come or i am just def and can't hear it on but do you think it is dead and i need another one or what?????

Check the fuse in the little black plastic cover that connects to the main stud of the alternator. That is the i/c pump fuse.
