hey guys im new to the whole sy ty thing. i have a good deal placed in my lap and i want to take it. i found a complete set up from a typhoon . its every piece outside the chassis, and body. the vehicle it came from was totaled. i would like to put it in either my blazer 2wd chassis or my jimmy 4wd chassis. what all would need to be changed and would it be a good idea? both of them are running and driving now. but i think it would be a lot of fun. the 2wd is a converted v8 chassis. but the idea of a 4.3 turbo is cool. and not common.

4wd frame would be the easiest if you want to run awd.

im actually planning on running it in a rwd s10 chassis due to it bieng less weight. plus im figuring more power to ground with only 2 drive tires. im going to be putting on slicks and building up the tranny for the boost. who makes the best converter for these motors. one that the turbo dont drive through. also what would be a good small upgrade turbo for it and where should i get it. i am a vender of turbonetics. would a standard t3/t4 turbo work? if i use a external wg? i really dont like internal gates.
