injectors won't fire

Ive established i'm getting spark, there is fuel in the rail 40psi at the test port. But i can't get the truck to start.

I swaped ecm for a brand new one.
Checked and made sure the injector harness is plugged and has good ground.
all of the injector plugs are on correct and tight.
I check the part number on the injectors to verify they are high impedence 60lb seimens deka 107961,
It is a turbo tweak chip programmed for 60lb injectors


I'm not sure what else to check here?

Any input would be a huge help.

You've got power to the injectors? (They're powered with the key on, they're fired via grounding by the ecu).

If so, you're down to the ignition module and it's connection to the ECU.

It was a bad ground. Took me a few hours to track it down with the volt meter check continuity. Fixed it and it fired up!

thanks, haven't touched the truck in about 4 months. its become a nice little lizard hotel.
