Is there a difference between 92 and 93 Ty door panels?

i dont have a ty, but as far as i know, the only thing thats different is the leather insert.

so could i take the 92 ty insert out and place it in the 93?

Technically yeah it is the same shaped part and will bolt in place, but the design in the leather itself is different.

The 92 it is kind of bunched up looking, whereas the 93 has one horizontal pleat that is much cleaner looking in my opinion.
The rear side panels match the design on of the doors.

The leather insert is different and so is the plastic section where the window switches are. On the 93's it's gray to match the rest of the interior and on the 92's it's a silver color.

so you are saying that since i bought a set of 93 door panels to do build outs on for my 92.......they won't match if i change the insert?
