Just got back from late night maching at work. Got fuel rails mostly finished, lid done, and a few other things.

Intake is finally taking shape. Hope to have it done by this coming friday, to give me time to tune the truck, install everything for that nats.

It will be there, if I have to carry truck on my back.

For those wanting to see progress.

#2 is showing improvements over #1. Always room for improvement.

We had some issues with #1 that roland has. This intake stuff has a STEEP learning curve.

We both decided to fix those issues during the winter.

He still has it at his house, if you want to go look at it, I am sure he won't mind.

#2 has some improvements both in design and quality. I haven't decided the best route yet, but I would like to try to get some of those worked into #1 somehow.

WTF!!! Do you have to put a beacon on that for low flying aircraft?!

You lost me?

Are you refering to the height? Believe it or not, it is same height as stocker, just different shape.

Oh....I'm an idiot. I was thinking that was just the lower intake. Looks like good work though, congrats.

I was thinking the same thing.....I was gonna ask if it came with a 10'' cowl hood.

But side by side it looks the same hieght...
Has anyone thought about dual throttle-bodys?

Or making a 45 deg. angle on the throttle side of the intake to allow for better air flow?

Just some thoughts....
