Are the tires new? If they are really worn they will do this on really sharp super low speed turns with the caster turned up pretty high. Whats happening is in a low speed turn the spindles are being turned on an angle, and rotate the tires up on the thier edge, and if the edge is worn it'll slide a little bit. Good tires, or less caster will help.
With that said, I would suspect the transfer case on a Sy/Ty before I would suspect the caster to be the problem. An easy test would be to turn your caster back down, and go take a sharp turn. I'm with Jeff and will bet dollars to donuts it's the case.
