Have to sell because I have no use for them plus I got screwed on a transmission for my mustang so it's now lacking a working trans and with medical bills pressing im really hearing it from the wife... so if your looking for a quality laptop for around the house and tuning these are for you..

I have three of them and all three are the same model and are identical except for the ram.. one has 1.5gb of ram and the other two have 768mb of ram.
Made a mistake, two are 768mb and one is 512mb

Aside from the actual laptops I also have these things to also throw into the mix depending on the deal:

[size=-3]Extra ac adapters, one's even brand new never opened
Portbar replicator or docking station never opened brand new
Black laptop carry bag
IBM USB external floppy drive
17" lcd flat panel monitor (used this a few times inconjunction with a laptop to share both screens as one big screen.. pretty cool)[/size]

Looking for $250 for the 768MB's and $220 for the 512MB so I can cover the cost of another trans..

Don't really want to do Paypal due to the fees so if you want to cover the fees then paypal is fine if not money order it is

Do these have a serial port? I hate the USB to serial adaptor cables.

John,

This model are newer and only have usb 2.0 ports.. I'd suggest selling your serial cable and pick yourself up an Moates xtreme aldl cable and be done with it if you can use USB.. There a little pricey but I haven't had a problem with it yet and it connects fine every time I use it unlike the belkin adapters

That would be fine except that I am running the FAST computers on both trucks. They come with the belkin adapters. They are always cutting out. I have an older Dell that has the serial port but it runs 98 and it's not worth running XP on it. Looking for a serial port computer that has xp an good speed and memory if you come across one.

ah I see well I might have an ibm thinkpad a31 but not sure.. have to look and dig it out but if it is an a31 then that's the last model ibm made with the serial port. I'll check for you and if I have it i'll bother you.

I'll speak with the misses here in a few minutes and see if she is interested in one of the $225 versions. She needs a machine to keep her off of my nice high-po Acer!!!
