Late Feb/early March Seattle-area meet

We've been luckier this winter than last, so I thought it would be a good idea to enjoy it while we can. Seems like there's several new owners in the area that haven't met up with the rest of us, so I'd like to hear suggestions for either a scenic cruise, or just somewhere nice for lunch. Looks like most of us are located pretty close to Seattle, so that would be a good place to start. Maybe Sunday at XXX Root Beer in Issaquah. Here's their show schedule, might help. My underway schedule is a pain, but I'd like to shoot for a late Feb/early March date. Any suggestions?

Sounds great, but still won't be there. Issaquah does seem almost central, and XXX is a cool location with GREAT food.

I can always try to meet up. I usually know 2 weeks to a month in advance of my OT. OT is my priority The Money is too good to pass up. Plus, having a family kind of keeps me from going it alone and doing my own thing..part of life I guess, but I will definately give it a try:tup:

I do plan on trying to take my ty up to Pacific Raceways this sumer for a test and tune this summer:tup:

Early March may be too early for me. Working on the truck, and honestly March may still have a ton of traction sand (gravel) on the roads. But if the weather keeps up, they may have the gravel cleaned up sooner.

XXX is the best place for a meet...great location, easy to find, food, other car people will be there too.

Sundays sound good.

I agree, Kurt. Sounds like we've found the place, now just need to settle on a weekend that works for the most people. I'll check my schedule again tomorrow at work, and see what works for me.

I can go any Sunday pretty much... just try not to make it really early because Sunday is my only weekend day off so I tend to be all over hell's half acres on Saturday night.

I"m interested, however, I will be at an EMS conference the last weekend in February 26-28th. I hope it's not that weekend. IF it is, no worries, I may be working anyway so please dont plan it around my schedule. I do hope I can make it. While we are on the topic, we should plan a Pacific Raceways day for TnT
