liqid most of the time is just the pipe that is cold, and as it warms up it release the water that comes out the pipe, which is realy normal. dose it do this after the truck is warm? after u have driven it?

Stab it and steer it
I was told once that for every gallon of gas that's burned a gallon of water is made. Regardless of the exact ratio some water is normal with a cold exhaust as the water condenses on its way out. Same reason when it's cold outside you see all the steam coming from exhausts.
