lowering my ty

hey guys.. needs some suggestions for lowering my ty.. its already got lowering blocks in the back, but doesnt seem lowered.. also what do i do with the torsion bars.. can i just lower em down or do i need new keys or whats the best way to go about it.. if i just lower the bars whats the best way to do it? you cant just back the bolts out can you?

i just got get the thing lowered. i hate the way it looks , it sits so high. it also has bilstein shocks but the truck rides like it riding on wooden blocks.. the whole suspension is crazy stiff

any and all ideas welcome

how big are the drop blocks? for the torsion bars, back out the bolts like you said. From the service manual, one full turn is 0.2".

Measure from the fender lip to the ground. 28" is stock height. Rear is 30".

Mine was lowered when I bought it. My wife said it looked like a "kids" car. So I took the 2" blocks out of it to put it back to stock (still has the shims in the back). now it sits too high. I just ordered 1" blocks and 1/2" set backs (which are another 3/8" thick) from jagsthatrun. I hope that 1 3/8" is just right. We'll see
