ls1 corvette alternator connector plug

where can i get one of these please? caspers have a part number or painless or even the gm pigtail part number?

from what i read i need to connect pin c to the old coil wire (or any switched 12v source) and for pin b jump off that but pass through a 470ohm resistor first

I bought an alternator connector plug for my last lt1 swap at napa. I am confused with your connecting it to the old coil wire though.

the old coil wire is just an available switched ignition source

thanks for the link.

its a stock alternator from a 99 corvette

from what i have read, pin c needs a switched 12b supply (what i was going to use my old coil power wire for) and pin b needs this same power but with a 470 ohm resistor as well
