Made a Plexiglass intercooler scoop

So, after about 3 tries, I made this. Cost about 20 bucks. Tell me your thoughts!

Sorry it is a little dirty!

Pretty sweet idea....my only thought is rocks or shit in the road hitting it. Good idea though I like your style....being a pioneer and trying something new.

Yeah, I thought about that too... I can move it up about an inch if needed. I figure only about 20 bucks to make. If it breaks, I will make a new one! I might as well try!
I was going to paint it black from the back, but I am not sure

That is clever. I like the clear for sure. I've never been a fan of the scoop because it stands out too much for me, but you can hardly notice yours. Nicely done

Did you paint your lower heat exchanger? That's a good idea maybe ill try to paint mine electric blue to match the rest of the blue on my pile of poop.

Yeah. I had it out for the Dutchty one. I figured to paint it red

I like that you can't see it unless you're looking for it. I'd just worry about it holding up if you hit anything.

Nice! You could make it retractable to add to its uniqueness. Spring loaded which at idle would retract about half way then once up to speed the wind opens it to that point as shown. It would be practically invisible. Now, go make an invisible plane for wonder woman in the new batman v superman movie.

That is pretty damn cool. Like some of the other guys I wonder about ground clearance but I like the stealth approach.
