magazine articles and sy/ty's??

I am a huge fan of the 4.3 turbos and my gf is looking at getting one within the next few months...we are currently shopping

anyways, i have one quick question...does anyone know of any car and driver or hot rod articles that are about either the sy or ty. I would really like to find a comparison test. I know these things are over 10yrs old now, but i am sure there have to still be some magazines out there. Thanks for any replies..

I appreciate the quick responses guys...you wouldnt by chance know of any articles about syclones. If you don't know of any, that is cool by me. What is the performnace difference between a Typhoon and a syclone? I mean in like 10'ths of seconds and such. thank you again..

yep - it's back with the original builder & owner. somewhere in St Louis

And Mike Christiansen still uses it to haul GN motors around.

I have pulled up next to him on the highway before and that truck will still pull.
Of course I was in the full-size not the Ty that day.

He still runs a shop in South St. Louis with 7-8 GNs out front at any given time.
A few Sy have gone in and out of his shop but its usually a ridiculously long wait.
I have talked to him on the phone a few times but he is a very busy man so we have never met face to face.
Best place to catch him is in the pits at Gateway Int'l when he's racing. :tup:
