There isnt an OEM one

If you're talking about a gasket to go between the turbo and downpipe, they did not come with one. Someone probably makes one, but from the factory, they were just two machined surfaces.

use red rtv silicone like everyone else

RTV hi temp silicone sealer or gasket copper spray will work ..
