arent you guys worried about even distribution when your spraying right into the plenum like that, especially with the throttlebody being offset towards the front? I would worry that what your injecting is only going to make it into the first few cylinders and against the back wall of the plenum its shooting at, draining into those cylinders. Uneven cylinder tuning is an awesome way to blow an engine while your gauges read safe!!!

There are a lot of people injecting methanol into the air stream before the throttle body and nobody has had a problem yet. Ultimately what you want is for the liquid to be injected in such a fine mist that it basically evaporates in order to pull heat out of the air and decrease the intake temperatures. Positioning isn't as important as spray pattern.

I think you guys are over looking the fact that ANY NOS nozzle is designed to spray at tank pressures of 800+ psi, including the dry nozzle's. Drop that pressure down to even 100 psi and bet ya $5 bucks the "spray" is more like a stream and the pattern is more like a garden hose. I think passing through a jet then into the nozzle will make this even worse at low pressure? I know this to be true with fuel at 60 psi through a dry system nozzle (tried it). Better test / check this out to be sure before hosing down the inside of your intake with raw alky!
