GM everyone my 92 ty runs fine under normal driving conditions. When is launch it misfires or back fires. Help please.

No gauges on the truck ��. Come to think about it only started doing it after I fixed two vacuum leaks. Do I need to get the truck tinned? If so any ty runners in Phoenix Arizona area?

What were the vacuum leaks?
Is it a misfire or are you overboosting? Sounds like the later.

One line that was t off on the egr valve which gave me a high idle and the second line which on drive side a black box with two hard plastic lines coming out of it

Since I replace the two vacuum lines stock boost gauge does go past 15psi. All lines to boost control is fine. Under normal conditions truck runs great only if from stand still it does it. Weird lol. Possible over boost?

Maybe it is overboost. Take a paperclip or piece of wire and short between A and B on the data link. Here is a link that tells you how and a list of error codes if you have any. 31 is overboost.

You have to get a real boost gauge.
All stock without the cat, good chance you're just overboosting.
