Typically lots of folks bring spare parts to the event to sell for cash to help cover their expenses.
In the excitement and flow of the event its hard to necessarily cross paths with the right person selling the right part.
In the past we set aside a time to display your warez while the show n shine was going on or something similar.
This year I would like to create a "registry" if you will, of who has what for sale and how to contact them at the event.
A couple of ideas have been to create a google doc that is publicly shared and everyone is on their own to gain access and review it as items get added.
Or I was going to bring a clipboard with a master classifieds list and folks can add and review as they see fit. clipboard could be left at the registration desk for easy access.
I know I have a growing list of extra parts i would like to get out of my garage and most likely someone out there wants at least some of them.
Any ideas or input on how to handle a co-mingled, loosely organized on site classifieds swap meet for the event please step in.
