Need gt passenger door wiring and ty/gt gauge cluster bezel asap

I need the passenger door wiring harness uncut and gauge cluster bezel badly to finish my project.

i'm not sure if typhoon is the same. i found out the hard way that all power optioned blazer door harnesses are not the same, the plugs are all different

I have a bezel but it's syclone (no hole for power mirror switch) if anyone wants to trade

i also really need the front and rear inner seat brackets off the floor of a GT, either drilled out or cut out and labeled which one goes where!

Need this stuff asap please

yes you are correct sonoma gt's do have power mirrors. i had all of it but somehow in the midst of moving and everything it get taken from the box and has vanished, which i'm very angry about since t-bone spent some good time pulling it out for me.

i'll go get pics right now of the plugs on the cross body harness.

as for cutting the bezel, i just may have to do that but the thought of screwing it up make sme very nervous. i am VERY VERY picky about how i do things and if it's not a custom job whatever it may be i want everything to look as oem and factory as possible, the way it should be. however i suppose no one will really look under there :lol:


ok there are 2 plugs. a black female plug and a grey male plugs

black female plug has

solid grey
solid pink
solid light blue
solid tan
orange with black tracer
solid black.

grey male plug has
light blue with black tracer
solid tan
dark blue with white tracer
yellow with black tracer
white with black tracer,.

i'll post pics in a few but my camera's auto blur thing doesn't work so they look like poop

I added the green with black tracer to above quote. Correct? yes / no
are all of these wires fairly small? (compared to other connector) yes/no
Is this connector body and pins smaller than the black one? yes/no
How many wires are on the door lock switch connector (black) 3 or 5

/ no, only five pins used on grey plug. theres no green with black tracer

2 grey male plug has
light blue with black tracer (small)
solid tan (large)
dark blue with white tracer (large)
yellow with black tracer (small)
white with black tracer,.(small)
green with black tracer/ don't have this one


3 Is this connector body and pins smaller than the black one? yes

4 How many wires are on the door lock switch connector (black) 3 or 5
door lock switch connector? you mean the switch itself or on the cross body harness?
cross body harness (with black connector has 6 wires) the switch itself on the door panel has 5 pins for the connector to slide onto

not even really worth posting up but oh well.

I now have about 4 hours into the research on this for you....

lol well thank you sir i will see what i can do at the junk yard....i spent the last 4 hours at my parents house going through allllll of my boxes of s10/sy/ty parts to try and find the original harness i got but had no luck.

i got mad at my stupid camera and went and got a new one as well so i can take better pics if need be as soon as i set it up

oh oh oh, what about this???/ the door i'm putting on my truck is complete with a panel still on it however the plugs are different so i was gonna use the gt harness, but if i can get the right connector i can just repin the current harness??

i don't like to deal with wiring but i would assume that it should have the same amount of wires on that harness as GT would but in a different order???

if so i could theoretically get something figured out this weekend for it

just got the correct hole saw for the door wiring holes on the side of the cab and got em cut, as i first started running the wire through the drivers side i kept thinking about you saying that the e-brake needs the be moved out of the way.

but i ran the wires without doing it no problem. then after taking a step back and looking at the jumble of a mess i had created i decided to run them behind the e-brake and tucked up nice and close around the fuse box and around to the cross body harness and of course now i know what you meant.:tup:


anyway, well my donor blazer is a 94, the wires all seem to be ths same except for the 4dr harness has the green with black tracer wire you referred to earlier. give me a few and let me get my digi set upi and i'll take some HI-DEF pics this time:tup:

mean whikle i just noticed that the drivers side rubber tube that covers the wiring going outside between the door and the cab is MISSING BUMMER, and i'm wondering if the window switch can be unpinned along with everything else to put one on? i tried for a minute but i failed

ok this is part of what i need to try and unpin, this seems to be the hardest one

need to get this guy removed and changed over SOMEHOW

both plugs from gt harness, black plug seems to be the same

4dr both of them inside plug is different

4dr harness, black plug is the same

4 dr harness has the green with black tracer anbd plug is different

you want pics of the wires to?

just thought of something hopefully the pins are the correct ones for the grey plug, damn if it was just a hair bigger and the little side piece was in the middle instead of more towards the top

The top two pics are of a LEFT SIDE 4-door harness. Up until now, you have only been talking about a RIGHT SIDE door harness. Do you also need a LEFT SIDE door harness?

You CANNOT use a 4-door harness with your GT cross-body harness. Only 3 wires on door lock switch. You need 5.

Do you have the RIGHT SIDE harness from the 4-door?
Does it have power mirror wiring?

Answer the three questions in italics, above.

sorry i forgot to mention that the first 2 pics were a separate thought. yes the drivers side gt harness is all ran i just need to get the in between cab and door grommet off and switched over because the one off the gt left side door is gone and was wondering about unpinng that drivers 4dr window switch.

but the main concern is the passenger side.

sorry to confuse you, i was having multiple thoughts at once.


no i don't need the left side.

i do have the right side harness from the 4dr and it's still on the door

yes it has power mirror wiring
