Hello, I am installing a complete new wiring harness into my syclone. I have everything hooked up except 3 things. I have the wiring diagrams for the Sy/Ty's but I can not figure out where I am going wrong on these plugs. I have the column hooked up have a couple questions for the wiring experts here.
First picture is the column flat harness. The new harness had all the wires for the column marked. I installed them all but have two extra on my column. As you can see in the picture the wires I need help with is the light green with white stripe and the tan with white stripe. What do these go to? Are they power, grounds, or maybe the cruise control that I no longer have installed ???
OK, This is a harness that comes out of the column also and I have no idea on this one.
This is the headlight dimmer switch panel on the left side of the steering wheel on the dash with the two factory plugs still attached for reference. Can someone give me the breakdown so I can tie them into the new harness. My new harness has two wires that go to this. One is labeled Headlight power and is a bigger gauge than the rest of the harness wires and the other is the Dimmer power wire that is also a bigger gauge than the rest. I believe the Headlight power will tie into the Red bigger gauge wire in the pic on the headlight switch. As for the others..... ????? I have no idea. Anyone know ANY and all help would be greatly appreciated.
