Need input ASAP.....

Gang, I have a weird vibration/grinding noise coming from the front end somewhere. I raised the truck up and moved around the wheels back and forth and don't believe it's a wheel bearing???

It started today....around town, no problem. After 30 minutes of cruising on the highway, got back into town, exited and a hum and slight grinding sound was prevalent upon deceleration. I let the truck sit in the driveway for about an hour and took it for a spin, no strange sounds.........

Went out tonight, same thing.....30 minutes on the highway and the sound was back when I approached the exit. this time, sometimes on a slight acceleration.

Any input would be a great help. I am off work tomorrow and can lok into it if I know where to begin. TIA.

Sounds like gear wine to me. When my Tcase was on its way out, I heard this noise, especially when letting off the gas at speeds above 40. Foot on the gas if would vibrate. Also I currently have this sound coming from my front end and its getting progressively louder. Im pretty sure its my front diff getting ready to explode when I will need it the most. What can ya do? I discovered it was the front diff when I removed the prop shaft and the noise pretty much went away. I know its not my Tcase again cause I just had it open and all was well.
