Just like the title says I need a smooth cowl built. ASAP!! I had one being built by a friend of mine who is a welder for the Navy, he left it at his office completed and someone came in and cleaned house and scraped everything not military related. I am screwed: the truck is blocked and I don't have a cowl at all. My buddy bought one from Grant Kustoms but they are one month out on orders and I need it now. I am willing to pay a good welder to build me one for me. Just let me know how much.
