This is a NEW 4th generation Apple ipod itouch mp3 player.

This was in a drawer and was scooted around quite a bit for the past couple months ... but NEVER had a song downloaded to it.
*** The chrome back is VERY easily scratchable , and this one has those hairline scratches from it rubbing the bottom of the drawer it was in. Putting a case on the ipod will hide this, and protect from further scratches.
I just charged it for the first time.
