Newbie here stoping in

New here I have a 87 GN that is got a few modes always liked Typhoons.Am looking to buy one for the wife as a 2nd anniversary present.So i will be lurking around for the do's and don't before I jump into getting her one...Any way HI :tup:

I was going to buy my wife a Typhoon shortly after we got married. I already had a Corvette and sports car for a daily driver, so I couldn't justify buying one for myself. By chance, my wifes car got totalled in parking lot accident 3 months before our wedding and I couldn't find a Ty quick enough to replace her car. Honestly I am glad I didn't get her one, I would have never heard the end of it when it broke down. It probably would have either been a sore point of contention and/or it would have ended up being mine and buying her another car.

She has wanted one before we even got married here brother had one in high school.She drove it and that was it had to have one...

If you want a "third" wedding anniversary, get her a Turbo Regal. :rotf:

Like any Turbo-6, the initial ride is intoxicating, but unlike GN's, the ongoing maintenance on SyTys is not. :squint:

She said no thanks to the Gn Idea since i have an 87 that she drives once in awhile.She wanted something no one in the area had and have room to get groceries and stuff...

she puts up with alot of crap from me and the GN stuff,so i kind of paying her back for it.But next year the the daughters bug project starts,so then it will start all over...
