Hey I had a '85 Sunbird Turbo GT, it was actually a pretty nice car (except for it developing a crack in the exhaust manifold) Drove really nice though before the crack, reasonably tight suspension, wasnt exactly the lightest car in the world but I really liked that car.
I saw one the other day, I think it was a '87 though (different rear window/trunk) when I was out car hunting for a friend. I was thinking of picking it up for nostalgic reasons, but nowhere to store it, oh ya and didnt have the money. lol.

Dude,

Just go and buy a real one. There is no magic in getting one. And it will be way cheaper in the long run.

I'm with Tony on this one, try to find a real one. From what I can gather there are quite a few of them in Canada, I'm sure you'd be able to find one. Of course it may be out east somewhere, I did see one for sale out there (i think it was out east, Ont maybe) when I was looking for my Sy.

Either way, I'd be interested in seeing your progress. I'm in Abbotsford and have been looking for other owners/enthusiasts in the area.

I guess you didnt see my Syclone parked beside that green/gray at the Cruise-in, it was only for about 20 min. so it was pretty easy to miss. Talked to the owner for a bit, really nice guy, from the island I think.

great idea to get together next summer. don`t get mine out much. Just 1500 miles in the last 8 years. I have my eye on a few low mile sy`s south of the boarder. going to sell or trade my 90 Z71 with 7500 original miles to get one. There was one sy for sale in toronto last spring but had too many miles on it.
