Oh crap, it died again....

I've got an Olds Bravada with a Ty motor trasnplant, and its been giving me issues since I bought it back from a guy I sold it to (long story, don't ask).

Well, looks like did some tinkering with it, and in the process, ghetto-fied a whole crapload of stuff.

Most of it has been fixed, except for a little running problem its been having.

Symptoms:
Cold start, cold day
- voltage reads fine, until you put it in gear, then it drops below 13V and the engine dies.

Warm start, cold day
- voltage starts out low, and it dies.
- after giving it some throttle and letting everything level out, it'll run, sometimes it'll die at stoplights, but rarely.

Battery tests fine
Alternator tests fine
has an ATR pit bull chip, but if its seated correctly, it shouldn't be the culprit

possible ideas:
- Coolant sensor probe or circuitry?

Any help is appreciated. TIN

mods/admin: please move this thread to the appropriate section... I think it'd go under electrical.

Thanks

I believe this is my old truck. Dark green in color; bought from a guy named Ryan? I didn't have the symptoms your speaking of when I had it but I did have it die on me once or twice for no reason but always fired right back up and was fine there after.

Make sure all of your ground cables are there. This is a computer car and a messed/missing/poor ground does wonders. It's a start.
