Oil cooler????

I just bought a 92 typhoon that is wrecked and i'm trying to put it back together but, i had a question or two. First one, on the remote oil filter i'm missing the lines that go from the filter to the radiator. I have oil filter stuff and radiator off of a 90 blazer. It does not have the oil cooler. Can i use this stuff on the typhoon or does it need the oil cooler in the radiator.
Thanks for any help u might have

You really ought to use an engine oil cooler, because of the heat generated by the turbo, you don't have to use the ty's oil cooler/radiator setup but it will take alot of adapting to mount an external unit .... A 92 to 94's w code 4.3 "vortec" radiator has a built in cooler and the 4X4 version of the s-10/15 (Called a T-10/15) may have the lines that you need.... Down south here, I would highly suggest that you use a cooler.... on everything.... do a WTB: oil cooler lines and such in the classifieds, someone may have what you need, at a resonable price near you....
