oil in wrong place

I got my Ty home and was disecting it today. I fixed the air tube that was broke with some tape. I found oil in the tube at the turbo not much just a thin coating. I'm thinking the PCV valve may need changing. But, this being my first Ty rodeo I need input. Also the thing didn't smoke any, but after I washed underneath the hood I smoked the two times I fired it up. Thanks.

normal stuff as far as the oil in the intake tube. pcv's doing their job.

Ian's right if it's just a thin coating your ok but if there is quite a bit of oil there you may want to check and see if you have any blow-by. Pop the cap off of the oil fill tube and rev it up a couple of times. If you see any oil vapor "or whatever you want to call it" coming out you may have some problems.
