pcv question

I was doing a search on the options for the pcv system and came across the electric evac pump from jwaller and was wondering if anyone has tried this yet. I know Ed Hess was trying to reach the company and was very interested I would like to know what he came up with. I would also like to know how Nolans system with welding a bung on the downpipe is working. Any info on this would be very helpfull.
Thanks

Well I talked to a buick guy at the track tonight and he was runnin a smog pump out of a newer cobra and said it works really well but he acted like it was a secret and wouldn't tell me much so I still need some info please.

I know of some guys who ran any old smog pump from early gm's. just use the suction line comin from the pump and run it to a valve cover. the problem is getting the belts to work out.

I listed a web site of that place selling those elec vac pumps but I never got around to getting one bc I have been busy doin other things, but it's still on my list of things to do one day. bc I know it works and should be work 25-30hp on our trucks.

i still plan on doing this electric vac pump, probably this winter.

at the same time i will be adding an electric external water pump to quickly cool things down after a run.

let you know when i do.

a little off topic but i just installed a new rad and ic. The stock crossover tube had the line that goes to the pcv system under the upper ic. I don't have an air intake on the turbo that allows me to plumb it back in. What can i do with it?

Sorry I read your signature and seen k&n. I know Nick is just running a little filter on his and isn't having any problems with it, but IMO the stock system is alot better idea than that.
