Can't you guys just give someone an answer without all the sarcasm? Geez..........
The best chip is the "Superchip" which has been proven to add 28 HP and 40 FT Lbs of torque.It's the only mod I have. HTH

I'll give you a real answer. Stock, ATR, and Ultimate are about the only acceptable "Plug 'n' Play" chips you can get.
Most KB chips have knock retard disabled (which makes the above pic twice as funny). Yes, your truck is a little faster because the ECM isn't holding anything back. But in doing so, you're damaging your engine.
Hypertech are essentially crap. They're unable to tell you what changes they made to the chip. Different Hypertech chips have also had different contents. Essentially their modification list is something like "we changed some fueling and timing stuff". If you want something more precise than that, go elsewhere.
Most people don't even know what a SyTy is, much less have the ability to tune a better chip for one. My advice is to stay stock, get a stock-like ATR, or check out the Ultimate.
