Power to the engine how?

How do i get some more power, whitout taring the hole engine down?
like 50-100hp

Is your truck stock? If its not whats done to it?

Are you looking for a seat of the pants feeling of more power, or are you looking to lower ET's?

you could also put your truck on a weigh loss program. not exactly more power, but same effect.
