im about to replace some front suspension bushings and are wondering if energy suspension pieces are that much better than psts.

i like the idea of a whole front end kit but if its not worth it then ill look elsewhere.

what are the other options for ball joints if i dont go with the pst kit

i would go with the PST cause there poly graphite. the polyurytham ones from energy WILL squeek and need to be greesed often to keep from squeeking. this is form my experience. Personally im going to redo my front end im using all SPICER parts... regular replacement like moog etc.

turbojunk, use napa's high end ball joints, they are a little more $$ but they smoke the moogs in quality that you can see and feel right now.

My suspension sounds horrible. I got 8 control arm bushings from the Chevy dealer I work for. Anything else I should replace while I'm in there?

Re: pst or energy

I'm currently doing energy "black" bushings. The lower ones tend to sqeak pretty bad. It's a shame turbotime is currently out of coilovers or i would have ordered them. Coilovers is the way to go.

I went with PST polygraphite, bilsteins and a ZQ8 box and the only thing i can say is HOLY COW what a difference. I just need a wheel alignment to finish it off but it is just amazing what a difference. I almost killed myself multiple times prior to the rebuild just becasue i would lose control hitting bumps or grooves in the ground. Now i feel confortable and not as worried. It feels great. I recommend it to everyone to do the same.
