PTE 52 Boost Adjustment

Right now I have the PTE52 on my truck and I have the wastgate rod adjusted to 10psi so I could break the motor in. Now I have a manual boost controller and I am wondering when i put the manual boost controller on should I adjust the wastegate rod any or can I leave it were it is and just adjust the boost from the manual controller now. So basically with the new manual boost controller should I adjust the rod to a higher base or should I just leave where it is and adjust it with the manual controller and leave the rod alone?

The PTE turbos have a 15psi base boost spring, so you need to adjust the bsae boost to 15 psi or so, otherwise you are just hurting spool up.
