This summer i was planning on upgrading to a 52 and getting a A/A from Mike or McCoys, but mom got a hold of me before i could spend my tax refund. So now i only have enough to get the 52 kit. The question i have is will the 52 work with the stock ic or should i just wait until i have enough money to get the a/a.

Hey Rudy, glad to hear that your getting a 52. The 3 of us here that have them are all running a "somewhat" stock IC system . Also, do you have a higher stall yet? You will want that with a 52. And depending on what amount of boost you want to run, you might think about getting 50# injectors. Stock ones will work but if you get into running higher boost they will pretty much be maxed out.


BTW, Well the transfer date has finally been announced at work. I'll be down there in Dallas March 30. So maybe we can all get together for a meeting or BS session sometime after that. I'm trying to get one of the other guys at work to bring his Ty but I think he's keeping it in storage.

Hey, im just thinking ahead. My gauges are going in as soon as i get my income tax :x and im not thinking about doing the pte until april or early may. I guess when you guys get settled in april give me a call i'd like to see some other sy's and ty's.

Ya i usally go over patricks to ummm bs (work on ty) on saterdays every once in awhile...*cough* this guy we know seems to always work on saterdays though.

ok guys i just ordered the pte kit 52 what should i do for injectors i am only gonna run 15 this summer next summer im gonna rebuild i have the pump and regulator now what tips can u give ,me

I would go and do the injectors. Now you say you are only going to run 15#'s. About the 4th time you drive the truck after you put the new turbo on you'll be like....

"Huuuummm.....lets crank it up to 16, and then 17, etc."

Go ahead and change them. I would. I could not resist the tempation to crank the boost just a little more. 8)
