Timbo
SyTy Stalker
Seeing as I haven't driven my Ty in years, and rarely find the time to do any work on it, I've decided to put it up for sale. A few details:
Radar Blue Metallic (originally Royal Blue/Argent Grey)
49k miles
4 bolt mains
Eagle rods
SpeedPro pistons
Custom cam
Cosmetic head gaskets
Ported L35 heads with oversized valves (rebuilt within the last 2 miles)
Ported intakes
KB headers
PT72 GTQ ball bearing turbo (rebuilt within the last 2 miles)
Custom 3" exhaust
Large front-mount air-to-air intercooler (Spearco core)
Electric fans
Sumped fuel tank
Aeromotive A1000 fuel pump
Braided steel fuel lines (tank to rail)
Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator
75lb low-impedance injectors
Modified ECM with low-impedance injector drivers and custom chip
MSD 7AL-2 ignition
Roll cage
Caltracs
2" lowering blocks
Built 700R4
9"/11" 3000 stall torque converter
Torque converter lockup switch
Nitto NT555R drag radials
ABS delete
A/C delete
Cruise control delete
Rear glass without defroster or rear wiper
Probably a bunch of other stuff I'm forgetting.
I haven't driven it in years, but in its day it ran 11.19@120.59 mph and would pull 0-60 in 2.8 seconds on drag radials.
What it needs:
Currently needs the self-aligning roller rockers installed and fuel pressure issue corrected (I may do that this weekend) in order to run.
Needs a new battery.
Driver's side rocker cladding, both rear corners, and roll pan all have cracks.
Tailgate has a dent and lots of pitting in the paint (rock chips from transport to Ohio)
It has a couple of oil leaks (turbo oil feed, lower intake gasket)
I seem to remember the heater core leaking a little and bought a new one, but have not installed it.
There's a crack in the windshield, and a small chip in the rear glass.
Driver's side interior door handle trim is broken.
It would need new 5-point harnesses if you wanted to race, as they are expired.
I'm looking for $12,000 as-is, but the price will go up if I start fixing things (or I'll decide to keep it).
