recomendations for new ignition.

i am thinking of puting a new ignition system on my truck. like MSD. or any other system. just would like to know what you guys have and if it was worth the time and money, thanks.

replace stock coil with a stock coil, replace the cap/rotar/wires with one of the suggested upgrades. forget the msd6a box or similar.

Most likely you wont get any bennifits, and will only make trouble shooting more difficult should :roll: something go wrong

Not suggesting anything here,more of a question pertaining to the topic,but has anyone ever tried Jacobs Electronics on our trucks?

if you havnt been hit in the head already by a flying brick, i would concider yourself ahead of the game. I do believe quite a few around here have a passion for hating jacobs.
