Reserve your Nats11 hotel room ASAP!!!

Less than half the people registered have reserved their rooms. Some of our rooms are being released to the public VERY soon so you need to reserve NOW to ensure they get a room/rate. Most of the rooms that have been reserved have been the "Single King" type so if you’re not sure what you would rather have get a "Double Queen". The rest of the rooms in the hotel are getting close to full for that weekend also so move fast before you’re staying across or sleeping in someone's bathtub (its been done in the past).

..or you can go to the main Marriott reservation page they can put in the group code STNSTNK (single King bed) or enter the code STNSTND (double Queen beds).

There isn't really a "dead line" but there was a "inventory return date" and it is July 15th 2009. After today any rooms that were not reserved would be returned back to the hotel's general inventory. We have already exceaded the amount of rooms that we had reserved so the date is not a big deal. The hotel will accept reservations untill the hotel is full and the extension of our group rate is at the discretion of the hotel after today.

SO, IF YOU DONT WANT TO PAY A HIGHER RATE OR STAY IN ANOTHER HOTEL, RESERVE YOUR ROOM NOW!!!
