Site Update - Redesign

I redesigned the site today and made the following changes:

- Changed date to the weekend currently ahead in the poll
- Menu/information redesign
- List of sponsors included
- Live update of people currently registered
- Links to sponsor's site and/or donor's thread/profile
- Several PHP/HTML changes
