Re: Special Announcement: Nationals Johnny Lightning Edition!

Good to hear. Any word on packaging (will it be carded, or like the black/black Ty by Ertl/JL)?

That, I have not heard. Let me shoot them an email and we'll find out.

Re: Special Announcement: Nationals Johnny Lightning Edition!

Just got word back from Tom at JL. The Nats Editions will have the standard JL packaging with a "commemorative sticker" in the upper corner.

And people don't have to worry about anything popping up on Ebay a week after they are finished. Nothing will be released to the public until Nationals and after.

so these will be released to the public? or not

Yes. After Nationals, there will be a limited release to the public. Those who attend Nationals in Denver will have the first opportunity to get their hands on them. Everyone else gets to wait.

Public as in this community. There's only going to be 250 Nationals Editions. Too limited a release for "major retailers."

Johnny Lightning is providing them as a sponsor of Nationals.

No sir. We had exactly enough. We did not get the original announced number, but it worked out for everyone that pre-registered and attended.

OK, not a big deal. I was just checking. Thanks again for all your hard work in making this happen.
