I think i've seen this girl a few times(I live close to salt lake) actualy ran into the ty parked in a Target parking lot. I had seen a chick driving it before, but lost any hopes when I saw the baby seat and stroller in the back. It's white on white. I almost shit my self everytime I see it.

Not related to the topic, but Spinall4, I have always been under the impression that they didn't make any AWD DSM's with automatics. I thought all the GSX's were 5 speeds. Did you do a swap?

Nope, came that way from the factory(have the orignial window sticker to prove it) A/T AWD's are rare, and most people seem to think you can't make an a/t fast, so alot of people wont touch them. The sad part is, the a/t is alot stronger from the factory than the m/t.

Cool, for some reason I had thought wrong. Seems to me that an auto AWD DSM is gonna get the same benefits that a Sy/Ty does off the line, and that's a good thing. :)

I've been looking for an a/t AWD DSM for a long time, but never had any luck. They've got to be almost as deadly as a SyTy from a launch.

My (female) roommate used to come home almost nightly with kill stories when she drove my truck to work. So I can attest to the fact that, given proper instruction, females can launch a Sy like a rabid minx... :D

My daily is a 240sx. I don't get the SR20DET swaps, only that it is obvoiusly much more plug-n-play than some other motor. When my good 'ole KA24DE takes a crap she's gettin' a T-Type motor for sure. It shouldn't be too much more money and it'll fly for sure, given the fact that the car doesn't weigh anything...

I see them for sale all the time around here, they're not that rare. Plus they are easy to pick up cheap beacuse alot of people don't want a/t's. My best 60' is a 1.81 on the stock trany/torque converter, no nitrous, basic mods, and 205/55/r16 all season tires. I expect to go 1.6's with a high stall and some nitrous. Too bad I'm a broke ass college student. :(
