went to atco tonight and after a disappointing time last week was hoping for a much better showing. well last week i went a 14.9 @ 90 trans not shifting and had to get out of it twice, wait for it to shift then get back in it. i adjusted the tv cable got it so it shifts now going into gears at wot and normal driving but still feels funny driving half throttle."i was with renz last night and he thinks it is the verter which i am thinking is right" i also started the tune up got the ic pump installed and rubber lines, dont know if it was even working before i changed pumps, i changed the nasty plugs out and swapped in some new wires."still have a miss but i think it is the wires" i also put the extra power master alternator on just to make sure volts stay up. well first run was a 14.19 @ 93 and second run was a 14.19 @ 93 track was very bad tonight i left at 7psi the first time and got a 1.88 spinning bad and 5psi a 1.90 the second spinning even more. i have original suspension and no sway bars in yet, drives like a boat and feels like it is going to tip over driving around corners. i should be able to get a 13.6x-7x still stock with some more tuning and suspension work, shocks and sway bar back in. i also ran a 94-95 cobra and beat him by .3 he did spin bad with a 2.1 60 but a win is a win.

its summer time, I doubt you'll get a 13.6 with all the humidity and heat.. maybe in the fall..

I have a 2800 stall converter lying around if you want it...

you're just mad i am faster then you with my poo no really i dont expect it now it got pretty cool last night i know it is going to have to be cool to get that. i should still hit 13.9 this summer. shot me a pm about the verter and how much you want for it.

your poo isn't faster than mine, i've hit 13.9 plenty of times in the hot weather, hell i did last year in KC (maybe a 14.1, dont remember) my best is a 13.7 in the fall. Then again i've never really done anything to my truck other than plugs/wires/afpr/icpump..

I'm going to try to thats for sure.. still have the bottoming out issue to deal with, and it isn't running right now.. stupid purple wire issue along with a few other electrical gremlins had me working on it most of the weekend and will probably have me working on it most of the upcoming weekend.
