i monted it cause after i put the 9.5 wide rims on the front. for some reason every little crack in the road it pulls where ever it wants. it seemed to help a bit and make the steering feel tighter.
i think my problem might be front end alignment. i had it done after my truck got hit on the front right side. which when i was fixing it. the wheels went on at the same time. i have to try with the stock tires

Steering stabilizer will help all trucks but moreso on the trucks with 9.5 and or 255 or bigger up front.
Neither truck came with the factory, but half the bracket is there.
It is the same part for a 4X4 jimmy and Rancho sells the kit.
Part#s on my site.
Its a cheap upgrade that is more suited to a street cruising truck than a quarter mile monster.
