Stock Air Filter Holder Assembly Piece & '92-'93 CD Player

The air filter piece I am looking for is part #1 in this illustration. Basically the clamp that holds these two pieces together is broken and I need to replace it.

I'm also looking for a direct bolt in stock GM CD player. Thanks!
