i want to replace my cat going to keep it stock for now .parts store said thay can't get one for a sy is this true ? and if so where can i get one . thanks

Parts America (e.g. Advance, Checker, Cragen Shucks) lists a direct fit replacement under Maremont #28870. Magnaflows part number is #93486. Not sure if magnaflow is a low restricion or not.

I'm happy with mine. It was truly a direct replacement although you'll have to come up with some hardware to attach the heat shield. It weighed about 5lbs less than the stocker. Only negative was the output side had a 2" diameter opening!! The ball shape on the output had plenty of material to allow for funny pipe mating angles. I trimmed the extra off to open up the output to about 2.5" and it sealed just fine. I'll try and find the pics and post 'em...
