Strange noise

I get this strange flutter type noise that sounds like it comes from behind the cluster area I think. The really strange part is that it only seems to make the noise when going over 60 or 70. Or when cruising with the windows down. Almost as if it's wind related. Just seems crazy to me and is driving me nuts.

Had same issue but it was heatercore making noise sounds like wind air coming into truck. Then I had a radiator flush done because fluid looked questionable after flush and new fluid noise want away.Hth

well checked it out and i don't think it has anything to do with the heater core. Since the noise seems to be coming from the drivers side cluster area and not passenger side where the core is. The noise sounds almost like a wind noise or a little bit of radio static . But its not from the radio. The part that has me so baffled is that when you tool the windows up it goes away.
