Finally got around to get my hands dirty some more with the sy. Oil change and fuel filter. Oil plug felt loose and wobbly when I took it out. Drained oil and found the pan threads were screwed-pun intended. :rant:
I am lucky it didn't fall out while driving aroun town for the last few months! Couldn't figure out why it was dripping oil in my newly built 30X30 shop floor. So, I went to O'reilly's and got the last self-tapping oil plug on the shelf. Lucky me. It cost me $5.00, coolness! Came home and installed it wondering if it was going to hold. It went in with a bit of resistance at first but tightened up snugly. It worked. :tup:
