Re: Stuck injectors???/
I should have posted sooner.
I did a LT1 Swap into a S-10 several years ago. The engine was out of a wrecked Camaro. I got it all installed and everything powered up. Turned over and over... had injector pulse.... had good fuel pressure... but the damn injectors would not flow fuel!!!!
WTF!!! Pulled up the fuel rail with injectors on it... turned it over again.. pulse,FP but nothin coming out of the injectors for fuel. Ok.. I'm going nuts at this point. Took one injector out and thew in a spare I had laying around... Turned it over again... That one had fuel coming out but none on the rest.
Ok.. I'm still amazed that they are stuck shut.. but I sent them out for a clean/flow. Came back in 3days and put them all back in. Fired right up!!!!!!! I couldn't beleive it.
If it's been sitting for 2yrs... there's a good possiblity they got stuck shut. You can either send them out for clean/flow or tap on them lightly with a screwdriver held up against it and tap with hammer while someone turns it over and hope they un-seat.
Thought I'd share a story that sounds like your trouble.
That LT1 S-10 ended up getting over 150,000mi on it. It got 5mpg better than the 4.3L.. it went 13.40's with 3:23gear. I think it was at 1200rpm at 60mph.. it was funny.
He retired that truck after it just got so rusty.
We built this truck to replace it. It's a 2002 Quad Cab S-10 that we put on a 98 2wd extended cab chassis. Since all the quadcabs were 4x4's. Top/silver/bottom House of Kolor Razzberry pearl.
He T-boned a laidy last year and I had to put a new front end on it. This is when I just got done fixing it.. (again) lol.
