suggestions on pistons?

I am going to rebuild my engine in school, hopefully I can get a good discounts on parts. I was wondering if anyone had any recomendations on pistons. I've heard good things about JE, Federal, and SRP, but no one I know has had any personal experience. I would like to stick with plasma-moly rings with a stock bore. I checked the search feature but didn't come up with much. I would like to build the most reliable engine as I can afford that will run high 11's low 12's. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Pistons

This must have been discussed a dozen times, and from what I remember the forged TRW's R considered good, but a little heavy, and if U want to spend a little more $$, go w J&E SRP's or Extreme Dutys'.

Yeh, I've never had much luck w Search either. Tha's why I hard copy alot. I have a piston file, but I'm in the process of moving, so give me a jingle in a coupla weeks and maybe I can dug some shit out.

For the price, the SRP .030 piston is a no brainer. The money you spend over the TRW will be saved when it comes time to balance your assembly. Not only that, but the quality and strength is much better. I have a set or two of the SRPs i can do for $365.. I strongly suggest going .030 b/c a seasoned block will be alot happier with a fresh bore/hone

thanks
