Save yourself some cash, and instead of buying a $100-$200 set of window channels, just find a nice truck in a salvage yard and buy the doors. I bought two mint doors for $45 each (thank you cash for clunkers). Much better deal than $200-$400 for both door mouldings from LMC.

I started with a used door from a wrecked Typhoon. It had great condition rubber seals. I NEEDED those parts!
My doors had nothing left from being painted and I needed to swap everything over.
Start with your door laying down inside up.
Move your window so that you can access the bolts. To do this I cut off some wire and a connector from a power window motor.
You can then use a battery and roll the window up or down at will.
So get the bolts where you can get to them. Right here
Use a 10mm socket to remove them.
Then roll the window back down to get the regulator out of the way.
Pull out the window guide from the back of the window while tilting the window down in the front. A small screwdriver may help pry it out. (keep the screwdriver OFF your exterior rubber)
Finish tilting the window forward and them remove the glass.
Pull off the belt moulding but undoing the clips on the inside of the window slot.
Remove the three Phillips head screw that hold in the top. There is one inside the channel near the mirror, and two on the backside inside the channel.
Then pull the channel out starting with the bottom of the channel. Be careful not to bend the metal inside.
Reinstall the same way but reverse.
Voila! a completed door.
Careful inside the door, the metal parts are sharp! lol
