Sy in WA

I saw a black Sy on 85th st (Rose Hill) in Redmond, WA about 10 days ago. I tried to keep up with him in my car, but i guess he was in a bigger hurry then i was. He took off like a bat out of hell and i lost him within about 15 seconds. Just wonderin who it was?
