I Want a Syclone

I've seen this truck twice but i've never been up close and personal with it. I believe it's a Syclone but i've never seen any sytysgt in person so i can't tell the dif. from far away. Warrenton is about 50 miles outside St. Louis. Does anybody know the owner? Thank you
